There are no blackout dates or restrictions. However, you should know that certain times of the year, inventories can become limited. First come, first served.

Most of the resort accommodations price options are for 7-night stays, you don’t have to stay all 7 nights. You can choose to check-in a few days late or check-out a few days early. Simply contact the resort in advance to notify them of your desired schedule changes. Although the price won’t change and you will still be paying for the full week, it is still a fantastic deal!

We will pay for your membership fee for the first month. After that, you pay a low monthly membership fee which is cancellable at any time with 24 hour notice.

Vacations at most resorts are booked with Friday, Saturday or Sunday check-in dates.

Many of the resort condo rentals offer handicapped-accessible accommodations. Please look for following descriptions:

Disability Accessible Units – the resort unit only meets disability accessibility requirements
Disability Accessible Resorts – the resort is disability accessible.

All bookings are confirmed electronically and you will receive a confirmation number once you book. If for any reason you have difficulty checking in at the resort you can call the reservation emergency number that will be provided to you at the time of purchase.

You will receive confirmation via email, as well as at the time of booking on the website. Make sure that you enter an accurate email address when booking your accommodations. Please print the confirmation and bring it with you when you travel. If for some reason you do not receive your confirmation via email or if you otherwise can’t locate it, please call us.

All reservations must be pre-paid. Reservations must be booked with a major credit card. A debit/check card with a major credit card company is not an eligible form of payment for booking a reservation.

For the most part, pets are not allowed on property. However, a select few resort condo rentals do allow pets for an additional fee. Please contact the resort to check on their pet policy before bringing any pets with you.

If you should find a better quoted price for the same location under the same terms and conditions, we will gladly refund your money or meet the quoted price plus allow for a 10% discount on any additional reservation.
